How does the AI plant care assistant work?
Describe a plant and where you keep it, ask a question, and the assistant answers using your species, your growing conditions, and the current weather in your city. Answers cover watering, light, pests, feeding, and repotting, for indoor and outdoor plants alike. No account is needed to start.

How many plant questions can I ask for free?
Without an account you get 2 a day. A free account raises that to 5 a day and needs no credit card. The count resets every day. Premium raises it far beyond what a person asks in a day, and every new account starts with 30 days of Premium.
Why does it ask for my city?
So the answer accounts for the weather you actually have. For an outdoor plant that changes the advice most: rain in the forecast postpones watering, and freezes and extreme heat change what to do this week. For an indoor plant the city still sets the season, which drives light and dormancy.
Can I ask about outdoor and garden plants?
Yes. Vegetable beds, shrubs, fruit trees, lawns, and container plants on a balcony are all fair game, alongside houseplants. Outdoor plants are where the weather data does the most work, so they tend to get the most specific answers.
Does it remember my plants between questions?
With a free account, yes: save a plant once and pick it from the list instead of describing it again, and its species and location are carried into the answer. Without an account each question stands on its own, though your recent questions stay on this page in your browser session.
Should I follow the advice for pets or plants I eat?
Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not a safety ruling. It is built for care questions, and it is not a substitute for checking whether a plant is safe around a pet, around a child, or on a plate. Confirm anything in that category with a veterinarian or your local extension service before you act on it.
