What does Premium include?
Premium includes unlimited plants, AI photo diagnosis (get instant AI diagnosis for yellow leaves, drooping, pests, and root rot from one photo), CSV/PDF data export, custom Elloquist-designed themes, Plant Stories (an AI-written narrative of your plant's life), priority support, and early access to new features.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full credit card number. Read our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of all Premium features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can upgrade or continue with the free tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime through your billing portal. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no hidden fees.
What happens to my plants if I cancel?
Your plants are never deleted. If you cancel Premium, your account reverts to the free tier. Plants beyond the 3-plant limit become read-only: you can still view them, but can't add new ones until you're under the limit or re-subscribe.
